Clinic Director:
Judith St. King, MSW, Ph.Dhas extensive experience with those suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD and behavioral addictions, such as binge eating, overspending and problem gambling. Additionally, she is a registered nurse and this allows her to provide a broad level of support to those struggling with health and medical stressors. In 2006, Lansing Community College honored her as the distinguished alumnus for her many contributions to the area.

Erika Magers, LPC, ATR is a registered art therapist, as well as a licensed professional counselor. She uses individually tailored approaches to meet people where they are, acknowledging that what works for one person may not work for another. She has special training in DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed CBT. She offers both art therapy and counseling to adults, teens and children who are working through a variety of problems including, but limited to: anxiety, depression, PTSD, social struggles and grief. Erika believes that each person has a right to not only overcome suffering in life, but to find meaning and enrichment as well."


Mary Stelma

Nancy James, LPC, LMSW is a graduate of Michigan State University and is a Licensed Masters Social Worker with over 25 years’ experience in both the public and private sector. Nancy helps with a variety of issues, including, adjustment to life changes, depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.



Debbie Slater, LMSW works with adults and older teens (15+) with a focus on relationship issues, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief loss, life transitions and self-esteem. She has extensive experience with personality disorders, as well as with Asperger's syndrome.
Andrea Martineau, LMSW has extensive experience working with children and young adults. She utilizes child-centered play therapy and other expressive psychotherapy techniques. She will help children who are experiencing grief and loss, trauma, anxiety and depression, as well as children who have experienced abuse and/or neglect. She earned her master’s degree from Fordham University.

Sally Winegardner, LMSW, ACSW earned her Master’s degree in social work from Michigan State University. She has over 15 years’ experience working with people who suffer from anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, eating disorders, and many others. She specializes in women's issues.
