Clinic Director:
Judith St. King, MSW, Ph.Dhas extensive experience with those suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD and behavioral addictions, such as binge eating, overspending and problem gambling. Additionally, she is a registered nurse and this allows her to provide a broad level of support to those struggling with health and medical stressors. In 2006, Lansing Community College honored her as the distinguished alumnus for her many contributions to the area.

Chris McCaslin, LPC, NCC, CAADC earned her master’s degree from Liberty University and has over five years of experience working with people with attachment disorders, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief/loss, addictions, couples, self-esteem, phobias, and women’s issues. Chris has received specialty training in EMDR, DBT, Mindfulness, Meditation, Gentle External Reprocessing, CBT, and Thought Field Therapy.

Mary Stelma

Nancy James, LPC, LMSW is a graduate of Michigan State University and is a Licensed Masters Social Worker with over 25 years’ experience in both the public and private sector. Nancy helps with a variety of issues, including, adjustment to life changes, depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.


LaVendee Fulton, LMSW helps individuals make positive changes through many life transitions. Using evidence based interventions she facilitates a safe and meaningful progress in relationship satisfaction, trauma recovery, self-determination, conflict resolution, and human sexuality. Her many years of experience include sexual assault recovery and advocacy for the LGBTQ community.

Janet Boyer, MA, LMSW graduated from the School of Social Work at Michigan State University. She has experience dealing with grief and loss, trauma, substance abuse issues, traumatic brain injury, anxiety, depression anger management, and parenting issues. She works with adolescents (10+) and adults (including 65+). Janet uses a holistic approach in therapy including creative modalities. She works with individuals and groups.  


Debbie Slater, LMSW works with adults and older teens (15+) with a focus on relationship issues, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief loss, life transitions and self-esteem. She has extensive experience with personality disorders, as well as with Asperger's syndrome.
Andrea Martineau, LMSW has extensive experience working with children and young adults. She utilizes child-centered play therapy and other expressive psychotherapy techniques. She will help children who are experiencing grief and loss, trauma, anxiety and depression, as well as children who have experienced abuse and/or neglect. She earned her master’s degree from Fordham University.

Sally Winegardner, LMSW, ACSW earned her Master’s degree in social work from Michigan State University. She has over 15 years’ experience working with people who suffer from anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, eating disorders, and many others. She specializes in women's issues.
